We focus on sustainable farming practices. Our purpose built shed is 100% off-grid, we rely on manual labour and solar powered equipment. Rainwater is harvested from the shed roof for the chickens drinking water.
Our girls are free to forage in the paddocks by day, with ample space to roam free. We run them at a very low stocking density of 1500 birds per hectare. This results in a beautifully creamy and delicious egg.
We deliver our eggs within days of them being laid so they are perfect for chefs using them for poaching. Freshness is the most important factor when cooking the perfect poached egg.

We have based Cornucopia Pastured Eggs around a sustainable farming model. Our Cornucopia chickens live in a purpose built, 100% off-grid shed. Rainwater is harvested to provide the sole source of fresh, clean drinking water for the chickens. Our chickens are hormone free and antibiotic free. We pack the eggs by hand twice a day and store them on the farm, for ultimate freshness.
