40 years, 3 generations
Hattam Farm is a family owned and operated farm located in the beautiful Stroud Valley. We are a mixed farm consisting of laying hens and Cattle. The farm was established over 40 years ago by Ron and Lyn Hattam and is now run by the next generation.
It was ten years ago that the brother and sister team Clayton and Emily gave up their city jobs and decided to return to Stroud to run the family farm.
Although Ron and Lyn are still very much a part of the farm, Clayton and Emily take care of most of the ongoing operations of the farm alongside their partners. Clayton and his wife Karla have two boys Alex and Max. Emily and her partner Patrick have a daughter Elsie.
Older brother Todd and his partner Brooke also live on the farm. Todd is a horse dentist and they spend their time caring and tending to their horses. They have a daughter Lily.
At Hattam farm we have a great respect for the environment we live in, our goal is to leave the land in better condition for the next generation as our parents have done for us.
Animal welfare is of top priority on the farm. Animals are free to range and have adequate shelter, water and supplement grain at hand. Happy animals produce premium goods.
We strive to produce the best quality possible and are encouraged by our happy customer testimonials. We are available to answer any questions and aim to go above and beyond.
